Cinnamon-raisin Bread 2 Lb (bread Machine)

Ingredients & Directions


1 1/2 c Water
2 tb Margarine
4 c White bread flour
1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Salt
1 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast; (or bread
-machine)

MIX-INS
3/4 c Raisins

1) Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.

2) Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.

3) Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.

4) Select bread type -Sweet Bread cycle. (For Oster number 8).

5) Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.

6) Add Mix-in when bread maker beeps, about 32 minutes after starting.
