Anna Banana Bread

Ingredients & Directions


1/2 c Applesauce
1 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg white
3 Bananas — mashed
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinna

Combine sugar and wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients separately.
Add
to wet ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350, 50 to 60
minutes.
