Short crust pastry
1/2 lb Tomatoes
2 Dessertspoonfuls water
Salt and pepper
Half onion
1 1/2 oz Grated cheese
Line tins with pastry and set aside.Peel and quarter the tomatoes,put
into pan with the water and boil gently for 5 minutes.Season with
salt and pepper,add the finely chopped onion and pour into the pastry
cases.Sprinkle thickly with the grated cheese and bake in a hot oven
for 20 minutes or until pastry is cooked.
