A 3-ounce package cream
-cheese
1 tb Minced peeled fresh
-gingerroot
1 Thin slices fruitcake
In a bowl stir together the cream cheese, softened, and the gingerroot and
chill the mixture for 30 minutes. Spread the ginger cream cheese on the
fruitcake. Makes about 1/2 cup ginger cream cheese.
