Ginger Cookies

Ingredients & Directions


1 1/2 c Margarine or butter;
-softened
2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
2 Eggs
1/2 c Molasses
4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
4 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cloves
2 ts Ginger
2 ts Cinnamon
Extra sugar for rolling

Combine all the ingredients except the sugar, form into small balls. Roll
balls of dough in the sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.

Makes 3-1/2 to 4 dozen cookies.

NOTES : Holiday favorite!
