Ingredients & Directions
2 Egg whites (room
-temperature)
2/3 c Sugar
1 c Chopped nuts
1 c Chocolate chips
Pinch salt
Beat egg whites until thick and foamy. Add sugar and salt; beat until
stiff. Add pecans and chocolate chips (stir in). Place on foil lined
cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350 ; turn off oven when you put
cookies in and leave overnight.
