Sourdough Sesame Bread

1 1/2 LB. LOAF
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast 1 ea Egg
1/2 c Sesame seeds 2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Whole-wheat flour 2 tb Honey
1 1/2 c Bread flour 5 oz Warm water
1 ts Salt 1/2 c Sourdough starter

1 LB. LOAF
1 ts Active dry yeast 1 ea Egg
5 tb Sesame seeds 4 ts Lemon juice
3/4 c Whole-wheat flour 4 ts Honey
1 c Bread flour 3 1/2 oz Warm water
1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Sourdough starter

This is a combination of sourdough and whole wheat, enhanced with
the nutty flavor of sesame seeds. Serve it warm with any soup or
salad.
NOTES:
1. For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp. of yeast for the 1
1/2 pound loaf.
2. For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 3/4 cup of warm water for the 1
1/2 pound loaf.
