Corn-apple Cakes (gluten-free)

Ingredients & Directions


1 c Cornmeal
1/2 c Garbanzo flour — * see

1 c Apple — grated
1 c Apple juice
1 tb Honey
1 tb Applesauce
1 ts Cinnamon

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together, stirring
well. Cook on a non-stick griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top and edges
begin to dry.
