Ingredients & Directions
1 c Flour — all purpose
1 c Cornmeal — white or yellow
Stone-ground
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 c Milk
3 tb Vegetable oil
Measure the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a mixing
bowl; blend well. Stir together the egg, milk, and oil and mix into the ry
ingredients just until combined. Cover and chill.
