No Flour Coconut Cake

Ingredients & Directions


1 cn Condensed milk
1 pk Dried grated coconut
3 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1 Taspoon baking powder

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and run the machine
until all is well combined. Butter and flour a cake mold . Pour in batter
and bake in a pre heated 350 oven until a toohpick inserted in the center
come out clean. About 40 minutes.

You can top it with whipped cream and gratd coconut.
