3 -(up to)
6 tb Cocoa
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
3 1/2 c Oatmeal

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan, heat to a soft boil. Remove from
heat & add vanilla & oats. Drop on wax paper & let harden.
