Ingredients & Directions
3/4 c Sugar 1 lb Chopped dates
1/2 c Flour 2 c Chopped pecans
1/2 ts Baking powder 1/4 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt 3 Egg whites, stiffly beaten
Combine dry ingredients and mix with dates, pecans, and vanilla in a
large bowl. Mix in egg whites. Drop by teasponnful onto a greased
cookie sheet.
Bake at 325F for 15 minutes.
