1/2 c SUGAR 4 ea EGGS
2 c MILK 1 t VANILLA
3 T MARGARINE, MELTED 1/2 t CINNAMON
1/4 t NUTMEG 1/2 c QUICK MIX
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. BUTTER A 9″ PIE PLATE. IN BLENDER COMBINE
SUGAR, EGGS, MILK, VANILLA, MARGARINE, CINNAMON AND NUTMEG. BLEND
UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD QUICK MIX AND BLEND 30 MORE SECONDS. POUR INTO
PREPARED PIE PAN. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES, UNITL GOLDEN. COOL ON RACK.
