Ingredients & Directions
2 Eggs, separated
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Milk
2 tb Butter, melted
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Almond extract
1 c Flaked coconut
1 Unbaked pie shell
Beat yolks, add salt then sugar a half cup at a time. Add almond
extract. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into yolk mixture. Pour
in coconut. Pour into shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or
until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool and serve. Randy Rigg
