Mimi's Pound Cake

Ingredients & Directions


1/2 lb Butter (NO subst)
5 Eggs
2 c Cake flour
1 2/3 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Drop in eggs one at a time, stirring after
each. Fold in flour and mix well. Add vanilla. Bake in 350 degree
over for about 50 minutes. Mrs. Charles E. Phillips
