Ingredients & Directions
1 c White Corn Syrup
1 c Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1/3 ts Salt
1/3 c Melted Butter
1 ts Vanilla
2 lg Lightly Beaten Eggs
1 1/4 c Shelled Whole Pecans
Combine the syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla.
Mix well. Add the slightly beaten eggs. Pour into a
9″ unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over all. Bake
in a 350?F oven for 45 minutes. When cool, top with
whipped cream or ice cream.
