Ingredients & Directions
1 ts Yeast
2 1/2 c Flour, bread
2 tb Sugar, brown
1/2 tb Salt
1 tb Pumpkin pie spice
1 c Pumpkin
3 tb Oil
2 Eggs
1/4 c Water
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set “baking control” at 11 o’clock. Select “white bread” and
push Start. In hot, humid weather, reduce water by 1/8 c.
