Ingredients & Directions
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 pk Corn muffin mix
1 cn (8 oz) cream style corn
1 cn (8 oz) whole kernel corn
1 c Dairy sour cream
1/2 c Melted margarine or butter
Combine all ingredients and spread in a 9×11 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for
50 minutes. Serves 6-8 adults.
