Lemon Ginger Bread

Ingredients & Directions


2 ts Yeast
3 c Bread flour
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 1/2 tb Maple syrup
3 tb Butter or margarine
3 tb Lemon juice
3/4 c Water

Add ingredients according to machine directions. I made a large loaf,
Subtle flavor increase ginger.

NOTES : 12-27-94 Flour equivalent Large serves 10=3cups Medium serves 7 =2
1/2 cups Small serves 5 =2 cups cycle white, sweet; timer setting; light to
medium
