Sour Cream Quick Bread

Ingredients & Directions


1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 c Fatfree sour cream
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs (use egg substitute or
-4 egg whites)

Here’s a recipe I got from my sister that’s quick and easy. Next time I’ll
probably increase the nutmeg and cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl
combine sour cream, sugar, and eggs. Add sour cream mixture to dry
ingredients. Combine. Pour in greased baking pan. Bake for 40 mins. or
until done.
