1/2 lb Thinly sliced hard salami Carrots, julienned
Dijon mustard Celery, julienned
Chopped parsley
Spread each slice of salami with a thin coating of mustard, sprinkle
with parsley. Place several strips of carrot and celery on, roll up,
arrange on platter and serve.
