Cream Cheese Pound Cake^

Ingredients & Directions


1 1/2 c Softened butter 6 lg Eggs
1 pk (8oz) cream cheese, 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
Softened 3 c Flour
3 c Sugar 1/8 ts Salt

Beat butter nad cream cheese until creamy. Slowly add sugar, beat 5-7
minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until yellow
disappears. Mix vanilla in well.

Slowly beat in combined flour and salt just until blended. Pour into a
greased and floured 10″ tube pan. Place in 300f. oven along with a 2
cup ovenproof glass measuring cup and bake 1 1/2 hours or utnil tests
done. Cool in pan on rack 10-15 minutes; remove from pan and finish
cooling on rack.
