Banana Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients & Directions


1 c Flour 1 Egg, separated
1 1/2 ts Sugar 1 c Plain, non-fat yogurt
1 ts Baking powder 1/4 c Skim milk
1/4 ts Soda 2 Bananas, mashed
1/4 ts Salt

Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix together beaten egg
yolk, yogurt, milk, and bannana. Add to four mixture, mixing well.
Fold in whipped egg white, and pour into oiled pan or waffle iron.
Cook each side until brown.
