Ingredients & Directions
1 c Cottage cheese
3 Eggs
1/3 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Butter; melted
1 ts Baking powder
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix ONLY until combined. Cook on a
lightly greased griddle, turning only once. Serve warm with melted butter
and maple syrup or with sour cream and strawberries. Yield: 12 pancakes.
