Ingredients & Directions
1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 pk Vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c Water
4 lg Eggs
1/4 c Oil
2 c Coconut
1 c Walnuts or pecans; chopped
Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs in large mixer bowl. Beat
at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconuts and nuts. Pour into 3
greased and floured 9″ layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, Cool
in pans for 15 minutes; remove and cool on rack.
NOTES : Fill and top with Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting.
