Ingredients & Directions
1 c Sugar
1 c Water
2 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Strawberry Jell-O
Whole strawberries
9 Inch pie crust; baked
1 lg Carton Cool Whip
Mix sugar, cornstarch and water. Boil until thick and clear. Cool slightly.
Add Jell-O and mix well. Fill cooled pie crust with strawberries until
level. Pour cooled mixture over berries and let set until completely
cooled. Top with Cool Whip.
